Camping at Eagle RV Park
EAGLE RV PARK in Sidney, Montana is a licensed park in the State of Montana located on the border of North Dakota within the Bakken oil field. It is a full service, year round park, located just minutes from town. Here you will enjoy quiet country living yet close to amenities.
Because it is locally owned and operated with the owners on site, EAGLE RV is known to be the quietest and safest park in Richland County. The County seat is Sidney which prides itself in having large grocery and shopping facilities. Although the town is small compared to other towns in Montana it is the Bakken base of operations for prominent Oil Companies such as XTO/EXXON, CONOCO-PHILLIPS, ONEOK, KEY ENERGY and others.
When it is time to relax and kick back from the hustle and bustle of the workaday world you will find yourself in a prime location for outdoor activities.
Here in the lower Yellowstone river basin is a sportsman’s paradise. Whether you are fishing on the national tournament lakes such as Sakakawea just 50 minutes away in North Dakota or Fort Peck Reservoir in the opposite direction in Montana or the Missouri or Yellowstone Rivers you will more than satisfy your longing to hook the “BIG ONE”. For those of you who love hiking and camping, the largest state park in Montana is just 45 minutes away. Last but not least for you game hunters, eastern Montana is well known for its abundance of white tail and mule deer.
You can bring your bird dog, too, for a chance at the beautiful ring neck pheasants that permeate the country side. If trail riding is your kind of outdoor fun then Roosevelt National Park along with Makoshika State Park are for you.
Here at EAGLE RV we have had folks from all over the United States.
Many have come to work here in the Bakken, start their own business, or just enjoy this part of the country for themselves.
Regardless of what your needs are we are here to make your stay as memorable as we can. We enjoy the friendliness and camaraderie that happens when you share your stay with us.
As the saying goes of so many people who have made the move to live in Montana…
